I picked this up at an Estate Sale, along with others that may work their way onto here. This is quite the "Handmade Treasure", the box measures 10 1/4" x 11" x 6 1/2". You can see the dangly bits that are the same on both sides (some of which is not TH). The next picture shows that the item is not perfect, it is handmade after all. I was trying to take a picture of the mirror top and the details there, but it was not having its close-up that day. Open the lid to the magic. All types of tags, places for pictures, some in pairs others not. some with string and decorations. There is an opening at the bottom of the lid and there is more Tim goodness with folders and a few tags adorned TH style. Then a shot of the paper used for the top of the inside box, and it opens into a vintage style writing desk. We go to the front (closest to you) and open the lid to find 2 mini albums. Book 1 is 6"x6"x1 1/2". Lots of pockets to hold tags and tuck spots on some pages. Book 2 is 4" x 6" x 1 1/2" and has plenty of pockets and places to add pictures and ephemera. The opening that Books 1 & 2 are in is 10 1/2" x 6 3/4" by 2 3/8" at the tallest to 1 3/8" at the very front of the opening. Then we move to book 3 which measures 9 1/8" x 6" x 2" and rests in an opening of 10 1/2" x 7" x 3 3/8" at the tallest to 2 5/8" at its shortest. I have tried to show how the pages work with the flips and inserts and how one part is removable.
Overall, if you are wanting it because you are a Tim Holtz Addict, there is a lot of eye candy here. If you are wanting it to hold pictures of your kids or grandkids, then there is plenty of room for pictures and places to write down those memories.
